We are a team of experts in the non profit sector: lawyers, trainers, psychologists, HR consultants, coordinators, communication, and project design and management professionals. We dedicate to the nonprofit world the qualities that businesses seek in strategy consultants, with a few more on top: we are rigorous, efficient, solution driven, reliable and accountable, empathetic and committed, and highly ethical.

Pluridisciplinary doesn’t mean vague or general; it means that we are specialists in several domains, so we can read a situation with more than one lense at the time, and apply our understanding to finding more efficient solutions.

We fix human resources issues as well as governance and strategy challenges, conceive litigation strategies, as, many times, they are connected. We adapt our services and interventions to your real needs and we care about what happens when we are gone.

We have worked in all the layers of the rocket,

from grassroot activism to institutional transnational level, in several continents and in many languages. We gathered all the pieces of the puzzle and know your cultures from the inside, with a deep understanding of the micro and systemic aspects of the defense of fundamental rights.

Sustainability, solidarity and connection are at the root of our functioning.

We solve problems and design solutions for all actors of the non-profit sector, whether or not they have enough financial resources. We won’t trash everything just for the sake of selling more, but create new tools and generate new practices, with built-in adaptability and shareability. We document existing resources as precious assets and reuse what works well.

Bigger Foundations and NGOs, and other actors with more reach pay us to assist them directly or any project they support or care about. The proceeds of our missions and the donations feed a pro bono fund to assist those who reach out to us but cannot afford to pay us directly. Anyone with financial capacity is welcome to chip in.
